Fredrick Engels, Partner

 

Fredrick Engels is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Harvard University Law School.  Mr. Engels was born in Germany and emigrated to England as a child.  Orphaned, Mr. Marxx was raised by Quakers, who instilled his virtues at a young age. 

 

Mr. Engels is a founding member of Marxx and Engels, Attorneys at Law.  Mr. Engels specializes in arcane economic law, equity 'adjustment', tax avoidance, and inheritance issues.  Mr. Engels works pro bono for the Center for the Retention of Intellectual Property (CRIP) and is active in the Society for the Preservation of Capital.

Carlton Marxx, Partner

 

Carlton Marxx is a graduate of Harvard Law School and also has a Doctorate in Quantum Law from Stanford University.  Mr. Marxx matriculated with  Mr. Engels at Harvard. 

 

Mr. Marxx has been involved with revolutionary economic theory but has specialized in the 'special' economics of IPOs, as well as submergence policy re tax affirmation, and hedge fund assimilation.  Mr Marxx is a Founding Member and President of the non-profit Association for Tax Haven Relief.  Mr. Marxx is a charter member of the 1%er Club of San Francisco.

Mary Worth, Junior Partner

 

Mary Worth is an Associate member of Marxx and Engels, Attorneys at Law.  Having graduated from St. Clemintines College with a degree in dance, Ms. Worth then attended The University of Michigan Law Program.  Ms. Worth specializes in extradition law, with a sub specialty in derivative adjustment. 

 

Ms. Worth is a Member of the Society for Destitute Persons and also contributes advice to those less fortunate.
